I do agree the staff are lovely.
Do I expect expensive wood in a Hyatt Regency? The look and feel is very nice and - for me - much more than I would expect from that brand.
I take issue with Park Hyatt Bangkok cutting lots of corners with their interior but the new Hyatt Regency is a beautiful hotel and the interior designers did a great job.
i can recommend the hotel and I will also return for myself.
