It seems once you are negative, the damage is done and hotels thoughts are, "Oh well, you already hit us, no reason to do anything" Seems like a flawed system that hurts the guest by not getting a resolution and hurts the hotel as they don't do anything to fix it.
I believe 8 still a good rate for the hotel, right?
