Since I started this Tesco business less than a month ago, I have no long term perspective. The Palmiers finished and coffee came along right away. Is that the norm? Or have there been sizable gaps between choice points earning opportunities?
This year has been a very slow year for point earning oppotunities. There used to be a number great point promos but they have died away. The best time was when Nectar was launched. There must have been between 50 & 100 different items with bonus points at that time. I think you should grab the points while you can. Hopefully they will continue , but dont count on it.
I also agree with Fiona , that FT will have a effect on Tesco mile earning. A lot of stores have put up photocopied notices stating 3 items is the bulk buying policy max. ( Although they do not seem to enforce this). These have only recently been put up ( since 100's of FT's decended on the Palmiers stock like a plague of Loacust).
