In August, I'll be traveling through LHR on my way from US to South Africa. I arrive T4 and depart T3 4 hours later and traveling in first (two companion friends will be in coach).

1) Does anyone know BA's guest policy on bringing guests to their First lounges?
2) Am not familiar with BA's lounges in T3. Am I better off spending my time at the new "terrace" facilities in T4, then going over to T3? Or, does BA or any of the other oneworld airlines have especially nice lounges at LHR I should visit? I understand that on arrivals on BA (return from South Africa) at T3 I would be using the AA arrivals facility.
3) Is anyone familiar with BA lounges in Cape Town, specifically whether showers are available on arrival (or departure?)
