I’m in this same situation I’m going to miss IST-IAH because DEL-IST will be delayed because of Pakistani airspace restrictions. I called TK and they said until delay is official they won’t change my ticket. I want to proactively change through some other star alliance partner or at minimum connect to some other city in Europe that will take me to IAH the next day, but we’ll see I guess.
