SeatGuru here is more correct. On LH A320 rows 11 and 12 are both exit rows. The legroom space is slightly bigger in both rows. The recline even in regular rows is minimal anyway, so "limited recline" in row 11 doesn't make much difference. Remember no luggage on the floor or under the seat in front of you is allowed if you are sitting in row 11 or 12.
