Just got back from a 2 night stay here. Titanium breakfast coupon gave access to the full buffet, which was excellent. They are having sone issues with the heating and there was a space heater in the room, even though it was -35 we were not cold. We were upgraded to a king suite with hot tub on the 3rd floor so I didn’t have to use a SNA.
There were no towel racks or hooks in bathrooms, so no where to hang towels or robes which was a bit strange.
Nordic Spa was amazing we went over about 15 min before they opened and got the discounted hotel guest rate, I also managed to get a massage due to a cancellation ( recommend just asking at reception when you arrive)
would recomend as the mountain setting is stunning and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming
