Flying BR in J out of JFK next week for the first time. I am unfamiliar with JFK. My biggest priority before boarding the 16:20 flight to TPE is to get a shower before I leave.

If I understand the Internet, the lounges are not connected airside at JFK, so I am stuck in Terminal 1 (or am I?)

Option 1 is the Lufthansa Business Lounge. I have used theirs many times, but no shower in that one.

The Swiss J lounge in T4 has showers. Can I get in there?

Any ideas? I am also willing to pay for a good shower as well.
