Not true. I haven't stayed at the Hyatt you mentioned, but Prince De Galles has better food than Trianon Palace. It's about 10 euros more expensive but the selection is better (with the exception of the juices) and the presentation is nicer and better organized. As for breakfast service, If you've truly stayed so many times you would know it's just tea/coffee service and a cook making the eggs. You seem infatuated with it but I am not the first in this thread to criticize its value.
