I'm 100% sure not all planes have it. All B787 and I think all A350 have that already (the first 7 rows, usually with green fabric), but not on the A320/321 fleet. I'm not sure that is even a thing on the narrow-bodies at LATAM: the only seats with extra legroom were the first row and emergency exit rows – not sure if that changed or not.
