Problem receiving my annual "Choice Benefit"
Prior to the February deadline, I selected the "40% off your favorite mattress" as my benefit. A week past and I had not received an email confirmation or any other communications from Marriott, so I emailed 'snachampion@...'
The response I received surprised me because I was told I hadn't made a selection. Really? Why would I email them if I had not?
Anyhow, it's been a month today and despite sending screen shots of my browser history showing I was at least on the various sites when I said I was, this still has not been resolved. I'm told, essentially, "we're working on it".
I'm fairly confident I didn't fat-finger this, and with all their integration and IT issues, I'm curious to know if anyone else has experienced this and if it's been resolved (in your favor)?
