If you want to check then you can go to the Qatar Airways Manage Booking area, "Print E-Ticket" and then the fare basis is listed. If you then use Expertflyer you can thereby find the fare rules. If the fare basis has a "/" in the middle then it's likely to be some sort of private fare.
