No, your free guests is capped at two. When you leave your guests are to leave.

This isn't directly in the same vein, but hoping for an answer here. I am travelling out of BOS and Terminal C only has one PP lounge, but we are travelling in a group of 5. Is it possible for me to sign in two people as free guests and then leave and sign in again and bring in two more guests for free? I know that the restaurant credits is usually two hours between visits, is it the same for lounges?
