KE Prestige class: selecting seats
I have just booked a multi-leg journey from MAN-AKL on the Korean Air web site, and have received an e-ticket and itinerary.
Some legs are operated by KE, others by KLM. The flights are all in Prestige class/Business class in May 2019.
I entered my KLM Flying Blue number during the ticket purchase.
Question: When and how can I select seats for my journey?
There was a button for this on the final screen, but it just generated a window showing an error message.
Do I need to join SkyPass to do this? I was prompted to select a password during the ticket purchase process.
