Unusual seat-blocking on UD?
I'm flying to IAD this weekend, and per ExpertFlyer the following seats are blocked (not occupied) on the upper deck: 60B and 60J; 61J; and the usual 64A (though we are inside T-72 now when this usually opens up.)

Is there something odd going on here, or have others seen this pattern before?
