Breakfast and brand standards
Are there any brand standards defining what items must be available for breakfast at each brand?

In particular, I loooove smoked salmon. Every Hilton I've stayed at in Europe seems to have it. Is this a brand standard I can expect at all Hiltons?

What about HGI and Doubletree properties?
