What's the process in CPH? Do passengers get off? Does AC pickup other passengers?
I was on AC45 DEL-YVR yesterday , the stop in CPH is only for fuel and new crew, It was a terrible flight from a catering, soft product and timing perspective in addition to a constantly deflating seat.
left at 8am , and one weak breakfast service for the first 10 hr flight, then an even weaker dinner out of CPH....
No greetings on first leg, no explanation of service, timing or expectations, no menus, Signature service hardly, easily the worst J experience I have had, period.
They basically open doors off the gate, load some catering, change crew take some garbage off and re-cater. There is no option to deplane.
