I have been told that is the case; stop for refuel and crew change, you sit on the plane. Assuming Pakistan extend the NOTAM again when it is up in a few hours then I'll find out for sure shortly, I'm on the next AC43 tonight (India time). https://www.flightradar24.com/blog/t...t-air-traffic/

According to the AC text alerts my AC43 will arrive in YYZ ~4h late, although in the app it shows as everything on time and they have not rebooked my connection to YOW which I would miss if there is a tech stop in CPH. So I am guessing this just stays up in the air until the airspace closure is confirmed again for another day.
