Of course, it's a little hard to "hang-up" at a ticket counter and try again...
The other one that I have is "One-Way Upgrade Within North America good for 1000 miles...Full Y or C class fare must be purchased. Premier members may use with any published fare". Can anyone else use this one.
I guess anyone can, but if not a MP elite, they need to pay full-fare.
