not for sure. I think it's because not all flights between ZRH and TLV are operated by A340. On some flights they use also A320/A321 with only two classes. Probably the demand for F-Class is big enough between ZRH and CAI.

Swiss is also using A330 with C and Y on longer flights (Malabo, Montreal etc.) with a too low demand for F-Class.
