You can not use the CKS as your home hotel anymore for a new membership as of February apparently.

I would like to inform you that the Hilton Premium Club (HPC) benefits no longer for selling from 25thFebruary 2019 onwards. Conrad Koh Samui can be used only 20% card discount for room and 25% discount on Food & Beverages, No any e-certificates is valid in Conrad Koh Samui.

I was able to still join and place conrad BKK as home hotel, but none of the other certificates are valid there. Should still pay for itself in F&B
