Since you no longer have status, you will not be on the upgrade list. If you had status, you would be on the upgrade list, just like if you bought a ticket at that time.

You lose the GGU as well, and you can't get it reinstated (if you were still MVPG or higher, customer care would reinstate it)

So.... changing seems to be a pretty bad deal for those who no longer have status.
Thanks for the clear breakdown! Less flexible than DL in this situation, but then again, GGU certificates are also a lot less precious, so it probably comes out in the wash.
