I'm looking to book some segments with a Japan Explorer Pass ticket on the OKJ to OKA (flight numbers NU11 and NU13) route on 22 May and these flights look very busy. In fact all week all the flights look busy when looking at the seat maps with only a handful of flights with the required G class availability.

Have I simply missed the boat on booking this? Or is something else going on? Block bookings for tour operators maybe? And is it possible that will more G availability open up at any point?
