Should not be a 'try'...according to what I was told yesterday. When I went to product change mine, I was still in the one month since the fee posted and I was told that I should receive the entire $99 back. When I called to downgrade SO's card (fee was paid in December) I was told we would receive a prorated fee back (so about 9 months worth.) Downgraded both cards to the Mile-Up card.
