Agree. It is no different than other things we often have to HUCA.
After well over a week not hearing back from the request submitted via SM, I chatted last night and the agent wanted to know what offer I was solicited for, what were the details. Told her it was a 75K after $3K spend. She went silent then came back to tell me she has successfully submitted a request to add the offer to my card but warned me it would take 5 to 7 days to process...
UPDATE
Rec'd a snail mail today confirming the match. Mail was dated Feb 27, request was made on Feb 22.
All prev requests were confirmed with emails, though some folks have already reported theirs were snail mails since last year.
