After some reading & research online, I gather that there are 2 versions of the 77W
One with Row 19-21 & the other Row 20-22 in the PP cabin.
Have the seat nos. been re-assigned by UA or are they flying with 2 versions of this aircraft?
There is a version of 77W without PP ( 4 presently with row 19) and a version of 77W with PP (13 presently in use w/o Row 19) and one being converted
An interim seat map with Rows 19-21 is being used until UA has decided which aircraft is to be used

This is a transition situation and with such a large fleet and making the PP, Polaris and increase premium cabin size conversions at the same time, this will take a couple more years to modify 500+ aircraft.

FT does not accept bmp files -- need to convert to "doc docx gif jpe jpeg jpg pdf png ppt pptx xls xlsx"

Is it because of the layout of the cabin so the seat pitch is 31" vs 34"
Are the seats narrower as well?
Looking at the seat map, the rows align with 34/35 ABC/JKL ...
The middle section 34/35 are E- pitch to make up for the lav in front of Row 20. Standard E width. Seatmaps are not that accurately drawn
