anyone with this data point. I tried to transfer some Marriott Bonvoy from my account to my wife’s Alaska Air account on Feb 7. Points were deducted from my Bonvoy account but points still have not arrived in my wife Alaska account.

Have you transferred to her before? Because a week ago or so I tried to transfer KE points to a family member's account not in my name for the first time, and the points were gone but not in my account even after a week. After contacting marriott, they said it had to be account in my own name and they gave me my points back and transferred to KE again and finished in a day. This was a first for me so not sure if the same applies to you.
