Few clarifications, I said nothing to the FA, except smile and say thank you.
Someone mentioned about passenger next to me being higher status, as ex-Global Services, I am well aware of the service protocols - thank you Sir !
This is not about "justification", or about crying how the class kids did not play with me ...
This is about highlighting pretty blatant behavior, and yes I am not here to say "hell to SQ" - no single employee can do that to a brand ...
Rather ... the intent of my post, is to source feedback, and see if it was one off or others have observed similar things as well!
