An hour and forty minutes should be plenty, even with the normal departure delays from DUB.

Be sure to be early to the US Customs/Immigration Preclearance area in DUB, however. It can get pretty hairy during the high season. Obviously, those with Global Entry have an advantage. The 51st and Green lounge is a fine location to kill some time.
