Yes, the gentleman had LH branding on his uniform. He had a sign with our last names on it waiting on us at the jet bridge. We were a party of 3. He guided us the entire way from jet bridge to the LH lounge. The only “fast track” we had was at immigration as he took us to the flight crew window, but to be honest, it only saved a few minutes as the lines were only a few people deep at the other windows.

Maybe they thought the American with the British last name needed help connecting in FRA. If I had my German ancestors names of either Diemer, Mumme, Helgert or Winkel I might have had to figure out the way on my own. Lol
