Nope, this is all very dynamic and managed by the airport control.
Most of my LHR flights have gone from gates 1-4 though, but there is no guarantees for anything.

My advice would be to go to the lounge nearest to your transfer security point, keep an eye on the monitors and relocate to a different lounge closer to the gate once it is announced.
