Sauce had a strong mustardy/horseradishy tang to it, which didn’t really go with the chicken and overpowered the salad. One of the chicken pieces was making an escape.

Has someone in BAs catering team got a fetish for “cold meat in a lake of inappropriately flavoured sauce ?”
