We use a TravelPro Crew 4 22" and TravelPro FlightPro 2. Most passengers will put it in sideways, but I've found that it will fit wheels first on almost every aircraft.

They came out with the Crew 5 line a few months ago. We got our Crew 4 for about $80 from Marshalls. Normally they are around $160 in department stores.
