SQ flies to so many different destinations and its customers represent so many different cultures and ethnicities. Hopefully I have given OP some perspective and perhaps some insight. Should he find the service to be lacking on his next SQ flight, I hope he will feel more comfortable in approaching the Inflight Manager.
