My quick look at this also did not convince me that there was no chance that this was phishing. I did not find any links to worldperksvisa.com either on nwa.com or the USBank website. It may very well be a legit offer, but IMHO there is more need to investigate the security issues before jumping in with two feet no matter the limited amount of information that is initially requested. If it is phishing, there will soon be requests for more info.
