I might seriously forgo taking the a380 for an aircraft with those seats. I just think it would be more relaxing on long hauls. Also, can you buy a day pass for their lounge at SFO?
The latest WT+ seats are currently only available on some Gatwick-based 777s. BA has stated that retrofits to Heathrow-based 777s will begin in autumn 2019. As far as I am aware there are no dates released for other aircraft types to get the new seats.
