I spent an hour and a half in Ahlan Business lounge last month. It's a good option, on the top floor near the Skyteam and Lufthansa lounges from memory. Decent drinks choice and a good buffet. In addition, you can also order some food from a menu, although I didn't realise this until we were leaving.

There's also a spa of some description at the back but I'm not sure what it consists of behind the entrance door.
