Yes, most of the 773 aircraft have been reconfigured to have the Premium+ cabin. However, for SFO-HKG this month, they will display an interim seat map to account for the possibility of using one that does not have P+.

Interim 77x seatmaps with Polaris seats & potentially Premium Economy (2018-19))

Starting 30 March all SFO-HKG will use P+ configured aircraft. You'll have to buy a Premium Economy (not Economy) fare to get one of the seats.
