URGENT: Emergency travel to India w/ OCI and short-expiry passport
Urgent request for advice--
Spouse had a death in the family and needs to travel USA-India ASAP.
She has OCI card, but her US passport expires in 2 months (we thought it was expiring next year).
Since rules require 6 months of validity, what are our options?
We're planning on being at the Washington DC consulate first thing Monday morning to see what can be done.
Any thoughts/advice are welcome.
