interline is not the same as frequent flyer partner.
Who issues the ticket (ticket number) is irrelevant with many/most ffp's. For those with revenue based earnings (like UA) it can effect ff earning.

As this is FT, and flying without getting ff miles is a crime[], suggest you join EY to get some ff miles for that WY flight if it in eligible flight.

For London to Muscat credit to Etihad
