I had booked a club king and was upgraded to a 1 br suite oceanfront. Also questioned the Wi fi replacement benefit and had the resort fee waived and also given a $200 F/B credit (I didn't want to post that in the other thread) for pointing it out to the FD supervisor who admitted they're still learning the new program and took the time to read the relevant section about it. A late checkout to 4pm would be hard he admitted, but would honor it if requested. (I didn't, but since I was in the benefit mood, I'd figured to ask to see the response).

I noticed plenty of families down here, and would have no issue bringing mine down.
