I would disagree with this depending on equipment. For 1 adult and 3 small children a good setup would be the bassinet row if the lap baby is small enough, on LH 744 those are 3 seat sections. However if on OS 772 I might agree and get one of the middle 4 seat sections as I don't think they have bassinets on those.
