If you're willing to pay for drinks and snacks, the lobby bar at the Sheraton CDG (right in the terminal over the train station, landside) is pretty nice and seems to give free wifi to customers as well as provide an open-plan business center (called Link@Sheraton) with a couple computer and at least one printer).
