Will Customer Care ever give a GPU?
I was recently given some miles by Customer Care for a bad experience. I have no complaints as to how it was handled. I am short one GPU for a family round-trip to Europe. Could I have asked for a GPU instead? Is there any other way to get a comp GPU?
