There are two bands, which are loosely based on distance from the UK. Finland is in Band A (£26) whereas Singapore is in Band B (£156 before 1 April, £172 after 1 April).

According to my slightly ageing IATA handbook, there are three Russian taxes: a sales tax (RU), a security charge (UH), and a terminal use charge (RI).
