If someone sold you a single ticket, they would have to really really break things to violate the MCT.

But as always, what is the cost to misconnet? The airlines will eventually get you to where you want to go.

If you have a meeting scheduled 10 minutes after scheduled landing, and that was the last flight of the day, trouble. If its the first connection of the day, and you don't have a meeting until tomorrow, meh. Leave it be.
