First El Al tells us there are changes happening to the program on April 1 2019:

Then they tell us, that some of those changes will not take effect on April 1 2019, but instead will take place on July 1 2019. And in addition there are some other changes that will take place on December 1 2019.

Do the people at El Al not realize how ridiculous the tables look with constant date disclaimers that are years in the past ("for flights as of June 28, 2015", "Departures as of October 15, 2018")
or this gem - is there a reason I need to know in 2019 how many points flights to NY earned until October 29,2017?Boston (for flights as of June 28, 2015),
