In your shoes, I would plan on the basis that there will be some delay. Last night's BA257 took something like an hour longer than scheduled, so today's BA256 was delayed departing and it looks like it will take something like 1¾ hours longer than scheduled. If PK airspace remains closed, I can't immediately see how that's likely to be much different tonight and tomorrow. Looking on FR24 at the routes taken by BA256/BA257 last night and today will show you the inevitable consequences of the geography.
