I was on a transcon in Premium a few months ago and only 2 drink services were offered. Pretty annoying.
Complained on Alaska Listens and received an apology and discount code. Nice gesture, I didn’t expect them to respond.
Didnt even occur to me to go back and ask for a drink in the galley...but in retrospect I should have, so thanks for posting this thread.
