Happy hour in the lounge is 6 - 8. There is an adequate choice of drinks but the food offerings could be improved, especially for vegetarians. Overall, there’s enough there for dinner.
Yes, as [MENTION=157008]myperks[/MENTION] mentioned the Courtyard lounges in Asia should have access - however breakfast in the restaurant is a per-hotel option now, and not a perk (unless you choose Breakfast as a welcome amenity). For example, Courtyard Taipei used to offer both, but as of June they re-aligned with "Marriott standards" and it now costs if you want to eat in the restaurant.
Nice to see that the Phnom Penh Courtyard is going beyond! That type of loyalty treatment puts it on my list if I visit Phnom Penh.
